About the job

As Associate Research Director, you will lead research delivery across a portfolio within GRG, ensuring high-quality outputs, operational excellence, and strong client impact. You will drive research excellence through AI, automation, and global delivery models while partnering with Client Partners and Commercial leaders to deliver commercially sustainable research solutions.

Job Goals

Research Delivery & Excellence

• Lead delivery of research programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

• Drive adoption of GRG standards,agenticways of working, and productivity improvementsincludingpartnership with offshore teams

• Champion best practices best and solves complex delivery challenges.

• Embed consistent delivery disciplines aligned with the Research Delivery Model.

Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead and develop managers and delivery teams across multiple solutions.

• Oversee team performance, resourcing, and quality management.

• Coach and develop future delivery leaders while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

• Support organization-wide initiatives including AI adoption, technology enablement, hiring, and capability development.

• Lead teams through change and delivery challenges whilemaintainingclient confidence.

Client & Commercial Accountability

• Provide senior oversight on complex and high-impact client engagements.

• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and serve asa trustedresearch advisor.

• Managedeliveryeconomics, resource allocation, and account performance in partnership with Client Partners and Commercial teams.

Ideal Skills and Capabilities:

• Deepexpertisein research delivery, design, and methodologies across one or more research solutionswith confidence advising on complex client needs.
• Strong capability in Brand Health Tracking,marketunderstanding,segmentation,or ad testing.

• Proven success leading managers and delivery teamswith clarity, pragmatism, and accountability.

• Ability to lead transformation, embrace AI-enabled ways of working, and drive operational excellence.
