About the role:

The role of the Global Accounts Operations & Projects Associate Director provides endtoend leadership across pricing operations and supply health, ensuring both operational excellence and sustained performance optimization for Global Accounts.

This role balances strategy and execution, shaping scalable team structures and processes, leading highimpact transformation initiatives, and unlocking commercial and technical opportunities that position partner hotels for optimal performance. Working closely with crossfunctional stakeholders, the Associate Director drives measurable impact while enabling the organization to move fast, adapt to change, and scale efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide endtoend leadership across Global Accounts Operations, with accountability for service quality, scalability, and partner performance.
  • Lead and develop teams with a strong culture of ownership, efficiency, adaptability, and bias for action.
  • Design, implement, and continuously evolve scalable operating models, processes, and team structures aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure partner pricing and optimizationrelated enquiries are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines, maintaining high quality and consistency.
  • Drive operational efficiency by reducing manual work, increasing automation, and expanding coverage.
  • Identify commercial and technical optimization opportunities to improve hotel performance, including availability, content quality, connectivity, and operational readiness.
  • Partner closely with commercial, product, technology, and analytics teams to translate insights into sustainable performance improvements.
  • Lead and prioritize crossfunctional projects that deliver measurable outcomes, balancing longterm strategy with fast, pragmatic execution.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated success in senior or leadlevel roles.
  • Proven background in operations leadership, process optimization, and managing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with handson execution capability.
  • Datadriven mindset; knowledge of SQL and Tableau is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
