This role acts as the primary support point between the corporate office and property Revenue Managers, ensuring that group strategies, pricing guidelines, and system standards are effectively implemented at hotel level. The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
Plays a vital role in consolidating reporting, validating forecasts, supporting system transitions and helping streamline the corporate revenue management function.
Key roles and responsibilities:
1. Support to Corporate Revenue Leadership
- Assist the Group Director of Revenue Management in daily operational and analytical tasks across all hotels.
- Coordinate communication between corporate and property Revenue Managers to ensure clear execution of group strategies.
- Follow up with hotels on system updates, forecast submissions, and pricing alignment.
- Prepare consolidated portfolio reports, performance summaries, and business review materials.
- Support ad hoc analysis and projects to reduce workload at the corporate leadership level.
2. Revenue and Forecast Management
- Review and validate property-level forecasts and performance reports before submission to senior management.
- Monitor key metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI) and identify variances versus budget and forecast.
- Assist in refining forecasting templates and tracking performance trends across the group.
- Support preparation of monthly revenue and forecast review decks.
3. Pricing and Distribution Coordination
- Support properties in implementing promotions, tactical offers, and rate strategies aligned with corporate direction.
- Coordinate with Distribution, Sales, and Marketing teams to maintain pricing integrity.
4. Systems and Reporting Support
- Assist in maintaining system configuration standards in RMS, Opera Cloud, and SynXis.
- Monitor data accuracy and report irregularities to ensure clean, reliable performance reporting.
- Generate standardized reports and dashboards for corporate review.
5. Collaboration and Training
- Provide day-to-day support to property Revenue Managers for system use, data validation, and reporting processes.
- Share best practices and help ensure consistency in strategy execution across all properties.
- Support the coordination of training sessions, meetings, and revenue workshops.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Revenue Management, ideally with exposure to multi-property or cluster operations.
- Familiarity with revenue management systems, PMS (Opera Cloud), and CRS/distribution tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
