Job description:
Partnership and Business Development professional within the consumer electronics sector. The role involves managing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing partnership strategies, negotiating contracts, lead sales efforts, and analyzing market trends to identify areas for expansion.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy & Development
- Development and execution of partnership strategies within the consumer electronics category
- Identify and onboard strategic partners including suppliers, brands, and financial partners (e.g., installment, payment solutions)
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive long-term collaboration and business growth
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, product categories, and market expansion areas
- Work closely with commercial and sales teams to support revenue growth initiatives
- Contribute to sales efforts through partnership-driven campaigns, promotions, and channel expansion
Commercial & Contract Management
- Participate in commercial negotiations and support contract development with partners
- Ensure alignment of commercial terms with business objectives and profitability targets
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of agreements
Market Analysis & Insights
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities in the consumer electronics sector
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions and expansion plans
- Track and evaluate performance of partnerships and business initiatives
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, merchandising, marketing, digital, operations) to execute partnership initiatives
- Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Continuous improvement of partnership processes and execution efficiency
Qualification:
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 15+ years of experience in transformation leadership roles, with 7+ years in leadership role, with a proven track record of driving successful organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience leading complex organizational change initiatives.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and leveraging technology to drive business innovation and growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
