Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate - E-commerce Store Operations, based in Bangkok. The associate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of online store platforms, managing customer interactions, facilitating loyalty initiatives, and ensuring exceptional store performance. The individual will also handle coordination with retail teams, optimize sales strategies, and support the development and execution of customer service operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Loyalty initiatives and strategies to enhance user engagement
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and addressing customer needs
• Proficiency in Customer Service for delivering excellent experiences and resolving customer concerns effectively
• Familiarity with Retail Sales and ability to drive sales performance
• Knowledge in Store Management for maintaining operational efficiency of e-commerce platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience in eCommerce, retail, or related industries is a plus
