Responsibilities

• Conduct fiber testing and rectification work for various clients. Supervise contractors during maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to operational procedures. Monitor compliance with safety protocols under relevant health and safety legislation. Be available after office hours for escalation management and fiber outages. Provide daily updates to the direct supervisor on work assignments and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience. Willingness to work non-office hours occasionally and be on standby for ad-hoc faults. Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills, demonstrated eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
