Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Company's financial operations, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, financial reporting standards, and internal policies. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making, maintaining financial integrity, and driving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

  • Act as a key business partner to senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance
  • Support strategic planning initiatives, including investment analysis, business expansion, and cost optimization
  • Evaluate financial implications of new projects, contracts, and business opportunities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, providing actionable insights
  • Develop financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance

Taxation & Compliance

  • Ensure timely submission of corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other statutory tax filings
  • Oversee payroll tax calculations and submission of employee income tax
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of Social Security Fund contributions
  • Ensure full compliance with tax laws and government regulations

Finance Responsibilities

  • Manage cash flow planning and liquidity control
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making
  • Monitor cost control and financial risk management

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage full-cycle accounting functions (AR, AP, GL) to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting functions
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation regulations
  • Proven experience in financial closing processes and coordination with external auditors
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills
  • Good command of written and reading English
