We are looking for :
● Masters in Finance, Accounting, or related field required (MBA preferred)
● 5-8 years experience in a financial management position
● Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
● Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
● Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Prior management experience is a must.
Your Responsibilities includes:
● Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information through various Management
reports like consolidated P&L, Balance sheet, and Cash flows statements. Present the same
to the management.
● Budgeting and forecasting.
● Capacity planning and utilization from GP
● Maintain the accounting system.
● Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial
regulations and acceptable financial principles.
● Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
● Develop long-term business plans based on the above reports
● Assist management in financial decisions.
● Investigate to improve profitability.
● Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
