Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Legal Counsel with IP experience and a solid foundation in commercial and retail-related legal work. This role supports IP enforcement and brand protection while also advising on general legal matters for retail operations.
What You Will Achieve
Handle IP enforcement (online/offline), coordinate with authorities and external counsel, and manage trademark/copyright portfolios.
Draft and review IP-related agreements (licensing, co-branding, NDA).
Support commercial and retail operations by reviewing vendor, service, supply, and marketing agreements.
Advise on consumer protection, e-commerce, advertising, promotions, and regulatory compliance. Provide day-to-day legal support across functions (retail, marketing, operations, HR, finance).
Coordinate with regional teams and support internal compliance or IP training.
What You Will Need
LL.B. required; LL.M. is a plus. Minimum 3 years of legal experience, with strong IP background (enforcement, litigation, advisory).
Experience in retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or e-commerce is a plus.
Strong drafting skills in English and Thai; proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
