Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, service agreements, and NDAs.
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and other legal matters.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to ensure the company's operations comply with local and international laws.
- Assist in preparing legal and corporate documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update legal files, databases, and records.
- Participate in company meetings, providing legal insights and risk assessments where needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, with a focus on commercial law, labor law, or corporate law.
- Strong understanding of Thai legal system and regulations, particularly in commercial and labor law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office applications.
