Associate Legal

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
• Advising on day-to-day operational and business issues and on compliance with applicable laws
• Assisting in intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and designs
• Maintaining digital data base
• Updating stakeholders on legal developments, judicial precedents, regulatory and compliance issues
• Assisting in knowledge management
