Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with opportunities for occasional remote work. As an Associate Management Consultant, you will support project teams in delivering strategic insights and solutions to clients. Key responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of business strategies. You will assist in project management activities, participate in client meetings, and work collaboratively with team members to implement actionable solutions. Additionally, you may facilitate training sessions and presentations to support clients transformational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and propose data-driven insights
• Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written in Thai, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams and clients
• Basic knowledge of Marketing, Finance and HR principles and the ability to interpret related data for business solutions
• Strong Project Management Skills, including coordinating and managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Experience in facilitating Training sessions or workshops is an asset
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Conduct rigorous market, financial, and operational analysis
• Develop CEO-ready storylines and executive presentations
• Build business cases and transformation roadmaps
• Support client workshops and senior stakeholder discussions
• Must be a Thai citizen
