Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Organize training and development programs
- Monitor employee engagement and workplace culture
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 - 10 years years Proven experience in Human Resources and onboarding processes
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
