Job Description

KLOOK is looking for a passionate HR Generalist to lead the talent and employee experience for our diverse employee pools in Thailand. Working closely with our Senior HRBP, you will ensure that KLOOK's existing company culture is successfully translated in our daily engagements, building out our People Strategy with our Core Values in mind.

You will work closely with our People Operations (POPS), Office Experience (OX), and Central Talent and Rewards team across different locations, and be part of the South East Asia People and Culture team.

What You'll Do

  • Be a trusted resource for leaders and Klookers on a wide variety of HR topics including career development, benefits, people operations, policies, HR system and tools, compliance and people management practices.
  • Employee Relations: Ensure best practices are in place so we always act fairly in all employee relations activities in compliance with local regulations
  • Support the local onboarding and offboarding processes: continuously looking at better ways to get new talent up to speed and strategic interventions for retention and engagement.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, attraction, selection, offer and ensure a great candidate experience..
  • Champion key people processes: You will create slick processes and ensure people admin activities are accurate and delivered on time including employment visa application processes and relocation arrangements across various countries.
  • Projects: Support the People team by identifying and delivering new initiatives that attract, grow and retain our talent and P&C processes are best in class
  • Office Experience: Ensure facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with standards as they evolve. Provide local insights and execute OX plans locally to drive culture and experience.

What You'll Need

  • Employment jurisdiction, and policy knowledge in Thailand. Knowledge for one other SE Asia country is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a fast-evolving business with a start-up DNA - you're flexible with an all hands on deck mentality, and are passionate about your workplace.
  • Able to handle numerical data soundly.
  • Can lead on tasks well, with a project planning outlook.
  • Experiencing working with a range of leaders and colleagues, preferably across markets.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google-suite and a quick learner with new systems and processes (we use WorkDay, Lark, ATS systems etc) and a curiosity in AI adoption
