Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Associate Product Manager to drive product development from concept to launch. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build impactful product features, leverage data-driven insights, and contribute to the overall product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product feature development from ideation through launch.
- Gather business requirements and create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Analyze user behavior and product data to make informed product decisions.
- Monitor key product metrics and optimize features based on performance insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Prioritize product roadmap initiatives based on customer needs and business impact.
- Ensure timely execution and successful release of product features.
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
- Prior experience as a Product Analyst is highly preferred.
- Experience managing product features throughout the complete product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced product environments.
