Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build a new customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients financial needs to offer suitable products and services.
- Contact, consult, and close sales professionally through phone calls, online channels, and face-to-face meetings.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance sales approaches and improve customer experience.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or customer service within financial, banking, loan, insurance, or asset-related businesses.
- Strong understanding of financial products and related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and perform well under sales target pressure.
- Positive service-minded attitude and willingness to learn new things.
- Strong proficiency in English and Fluent in Thai.
