Job Summary
This full-time entry-level role offers hands-on experience supporting IR/PR strategies for listed and private clients. You will develop financial literacy, writing, and client engagement skills while working closely with senior executives and capital markets professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support team leaders to deliver investor relations and public relations strategies that meet communication objectives for SGX-listed and privately-owned clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients senior management to understand goals and co-create tailored IR/PR roadmaps
- Prepare corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, website content, and financial reports aligned with client positioning and key messages
- Develop and execute targeted IR/PR strategies for analysts, investors, and media to enhance client visibility and credibility
- Organize and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and media interviews to facilitate effective client engagement
- Identify and secure media feature opportunities to raise clients profiles in Singapore and the region
- Conduct media monitoring and produce summary reports on investor relations activities to inform strategic adjustments
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrate strong business writing and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders in mainland China
- Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Utilize solid presentation and interpersonal skills to engage clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to deliver client solutions
- Exhibit self-motivation and responsibility with eagerness to learn and develop professionally
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, or related field
- Exposure to journalism, finance, asset management, investment analysis, or corporate communications
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting and ESG principles
- Experience or interest in investor relations and public relations industry
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
