What You Will Do

Social Media, Content, and Community Management is the driving force behind our brand's voice and engagement across all social platforms. You will be responsible for defining and executing our social media strategy, producing captivating content, and fostering a vibrant community focused on travel within Thailand.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Own the Content Calendar: Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar across key platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a focus on growing followers and engagement.
  • Trend Adaptation: Proactively monitor and identify global social media and content trends, and skillfully adapt them to be relevant, engaging, and suitable for the Thai target audience and our brand's voice.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team (designers, videographers) to produce high-quality, thumb-stopping content in both static (image/infographic) and video formats.
  • Copywriting and storytelling: produce engaging, platform-specific, and culturally relevant content to accompany each social platform culture.

Community & Engagement

  • Community Management: Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with our audience across all channels, transforming followers into a loyal community.
  • Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with potential audiences to amplify our brand's reach and messages.
  • Crisis Management: Monitor for and address any sensitive community feedback or potential PR issues with speed and positivity.

Performance & Analytics

  • Growth Focus: Be enthusiastic and proactive in driving rapid growth of our social channels.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize social media analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze content performance, community engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations to optimize content strategy.

What You Bring

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about content, especially about travel, deeply understands social media culture, and is ready to make a significant impact on our brand's online presence.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven Experience (1-2 years): Demonstrated success in a similar role (Social Media, Content, or Community Management), preferably within the travel, lifestyle, or consumer brand space.
  • Social and Market Expertise: Deep, firsthand knowledge of social media trends, user behavior, and cultural nuances across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Creative & Production Acumen: Experience generating content ideas and working with creative teams to bring them to life. Proficiency in mobile video content creation is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to use data (likes, shares, reach, conversion, etc.) to inform content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
