Position:Associate Solutions Architect (Technical Project Lead focus)
Reporting to:CTO / Sales Director
Role Overview
- As an Associate Solutions Architect, you will act as the technical backbone of our project lifecycle. You will take ownership ofdesigning end-to-end system architectures, serving as the vital bridge between our Sales and Engineering teams. By providingtechnical steering, you ensure that projects move forward effectively and align with both business goals and technical standards. This role shifts your focus from daily coding to high-level architectural problem-solving, providing a clear trajectory toward becoming a Senior Architect.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Design system architecture diagrams (e.g., API flow, Database, Cloud Infra) that effectively meet client needs.
- Technical Partner: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide trusted technical consultation.
- Technical Steering: Oversee technical direction by communicating the architecture to the engineering team and ensuring development aligns with established standards.
- Documentation: Prepare technical proposals and Scope of Work (SOW) documents to ensure precise guidance for the development team.
- Market Tech Watch: Stay updated on emerging technology trends to integrate and enhance the company's solutions.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or other related technical field.
- 24 years of experience in Software Development, Systems Engineering, or IT Support with a strong understanding of system structures.
- Solid understanding of Web/Mobile App architecture, RESTful APIs, Databases, and Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Confident in establishing technical standards and providing clear guidance to the engineering team.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable terms.
- Proven ability to create clear, professional diagrams or flowcharts to illustrate system workflows and processes.
