The Job:

As a Channel marketing, you'll be part of our Tools & Outdoor commercial team. Provide & Support for Channel Sales Manager in the fulfillment and alignment of the Product strategies including Range and Assortment, Pricing, Promotion, Distribution, Campaigns, Marketing Communications, Advertising and all related Sales & Marketing tasks into Channel Strategies. Developing Go to Market action plan for achieving both goals function with smooth operation and for the long-term growth of the company. You'll get to:

  • Implement all trade action plans and activation to meet Channel objective and strategy plan.
  • Undertake and follow up all communication, administrative tasks and monitor the result to ensure meet Channel objective and within timeline.
  • Demonstrate as Trade data center to manage Product, Price and all details for Channel by closely working with PMs for all detail preparation and communication.
  • Work with Mktg team to plan and support Mktg materials and POSM to Customers.
  • Be the key Channel communicator to communicate all activities plans and details to all Key Dealers and follow up with them on the detail needs.
  • Collect and summarize all Sales in, Sales Through and Sell out data for analyzing and planning.
  • Plan promotion activity including Premium, Discounting, etc. both monthly and key events, controlling and summarizing the total investment to meet Budget objectives.
  • Manage all digital data & campaigns related to Customers and Consumers and develop the Channel plan to meet and align with the Online market and situation.
  • Support Key Account and Sales team to present and propose the Sales Plan and Activity.
  • Support Channel by leading all major events, activity from start till end of programs.
  • Plan Demonstration and T2 Salesman, Promoter monthly trip and activity to align with Channel & Customer activity and event plan.
  • Summarize the Demon Van and T2 salesman team advance trip and incentive payment.
  • Be the Center of Channel to coordinate with all other internal Functions related to job scope.

  • Proven experience as a Trade Promoter or Trade Marketing assistant with at least 1 year experience in a related Power Tools, Hand Tools or related Categories/Products
  • Good understanding of trade function, sales or communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications such as MS Powerpoint, Excel / Spreadsheets, Word, Outlook
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Bachelor Graduate Preferred
