Job Description

Brief Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director for Partner Engagement and Marcomms who will drive strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives. This leadership role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance outreach and support long-term organisational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement engagement and business strategies aligned with growth objectives. Strengthen strategic relationships with key partners, including external healthcare providers and General Practitioners (GPs). Conduct in-person outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts to enhance collaboration and trust with partners. Act as the primary liaison for partner feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements. Identify and engage with partners in under-served regions to expand reach and promote inclusivity. Define and communicate differentiated value propositions to partners, ensuring alignment with organisational needs. Conceptualise and deliver marketing materials that communicate the organisation's identity, capabilities, and value propositions. Lead the planning and execution of high-impact events to enhance partner visibility and relationships. Track business and operational performance metrics, measure the impact of engagement initiatives, and drive improvements. Identify unmet clinical and patient needs through engagement and analysis, developing innovative service offerings in response.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in product development, service innovation, or healthcare management. Proven ability to identify market opportunities and implement innovative solutions. Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and performance optimisation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in healthcare service design and patient experience improvement. Proven capability in engaging healthcare professionals effectively.
