Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, strategic plans, and rolling forecasts.
- Coordinate budget preparation across departments.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze budget variances.
- Support long-term financial planning initiatives.
- Financial Analysis & Forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers.
- Conduct Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual analyses.
- Develop financial models to support management decisions.
- Management Reporting
- Prepare and present management reports, financial dashboards, and KPI analyses.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Business Performance Management
- Analyze profitability, revenue, costs, and operational performance.
- Identify business risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support business units in achieving financial and operational targets.
- Strategic & Investment Analysis
- Support feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and business case evaluations.
- Perform ROI, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analyses for projects.
- Assist management with strategic planning and financial evaluations.
- Process Improvement
- Improve financial planning and reporting processes.
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements in reporting systems.
- Participate in ERP, Business Intelligence (BI), and digital transformation projects.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and other departments.
- Coordinate data collection and ensure consistency of financial information.
- Provide financial guidance and support to business stakeholders.
