Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment functions by developing strategic plans and analyzing manpower requirements, while overseeing selection processes based on Core Competency and optimizing recruitment budgets and sourcing channels.

Design and develop competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market trends, while overseeing full-cycle payroll operations via the Business Plus system to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective team leadership.
Disciplinary Action and Documentation Management:
Manage employee discipline in strict compliance with labor laws while overseeing documentation and coordinating reporting requirements with relevant government agencies.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Developing statistical reports and HR Metrics & KPIs to provide data-driven insights for strategic executive decision-making.
