Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Australian Lawyer or Migration Agent. The role involves providing legal advice and assistance to clients on migration matters, preparing and reviewing legal documentation, staying updated with migration laws and regulations, and representing clients in relevant proceedings. The successful candidate will also engage with clients regularly to address their concerns and guide them through complex legal processes with professionalism and expertise.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Australian legal frameworks, migration laws, and regulatory policies
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and submissions
- Excellent client communication, relationship management, and advocacy skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Relevant degrees or certifications, such as a legal qualification or migration agent registration
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time-management skills
- Experience in migration services or a legal setting is preferred
