Job Title: Automation & Robotic Engineer
Level: Deputy Department Manager
Responsibilities:
- Able to work at ITC1, Songkla and ITC2, Samutsakorn area
- Hands-on in Robotic programing and troubleshooting, preferably in ABB robot (Manipulated and Cartesian type of robot)
- Hands-on in PLC, HMI Programming and troubleshooting, preferably in SIEMENS, Beckhoff is advantage
- Proficient understanding of electrical schematics and control system circuit diagram
- Pneumatic diagram understandable with electrical components (solenoid valve, actuator and sensor)
- Ability to learn and understand the manufacturing process
- Back up and Manage PLC, HMI and Robotic programs for the plant in a good discipline
- PC base automation is an advantage
- Vison System (Cognex, Omron and Keyence)
- SCADA solution lead or support
- IIoT, Vision Recognition AI (YOLO, Open AI) is an advantage
- ASRS/ RGV system is an advantage
- Contractor Management, TOR/ RFQ
- MES is an advantage
- Industrial Communication Network (Profibus, Profinet, Ethercat and Fiberoptic)
- Hands-on in electrical wiring modification for small demand like machine interlocking and modification, medium and large will be done by supplier under this position management
- Project Integration experiences in electrical and control system parts
- Cost reduction contribution to the improvement team if there is programming concern
Qualifications:
- Education B.Eng. of Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering Ongoing master's degree will not be considered
- Experience in Food and beverage industries
- At least 5 years of working experience in Automation and Robotics Engineering
- Experience in PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with SIEMENS PLC/HMI systems is preferred.
- Experience with Beckhoff systems will be considered an advantage.
