สถานที่ทำงาน: บริษัท โอคินอสฟู้ด จำกัด ใกล้ Makro มหาชัย รูปแบบการทำงาน: On-site

What if you could design the machines that make world-class food production faster, safer, and smarter

As an Automation Design Engineer, you will identify automation opportunities across our manufacturing operations, design and develop customised machine solutions, and drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. This role is open to both fresh graduates and candidates with 5+ years of automation design experience.

What you will do:

  • Conduct feasibility studies to identify new opportunities for machine automation and reduction of manual operations across production lines
  • Design customised automation machines and collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to validate that designs are practical and buildable
  • Develop prototypes, run functional tests, and record performance data — iterating on designs until they meet safety, performance, and efficiency standards
  • Scout emerging technologies and evaluate their application to business needs, with a focus on increasing productivity, improving quality, and reducing costs
  • Research competitor products and market trends on a quarterly basis and collaborate with the product development team to keep our output ahead of the market

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automation design
  • Proficiency in engineering design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ZW3D, or equivalent tools
  • Programming exposure across front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript) and/or back-end (Python, C, C++) environments
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; well-organised with strong problem-solving aptitude

Who you are:

  • A curious and inventive engineer — you see a manual process and immediately think about how to automate it
  • Detail-oriented and methodical — you document, test, and refine until the solution is right, not just good enough
  • A collaborative team player who communicates technical ideas clearly to both engineering peers and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-driven — you stay on top of technology trends and bring ideas to the table before you're asked
  • Safety-conscious — you design with people and production standards in mind from day one
