Position Description:
Regional Sales Specialist is the executive of regional sales management, responsible for regional market target achievement, regional daily work management, and regional dealers to enhance the ability of regional differentiation strategy development and implementation, to enhance customer awareness, satisfaction, and continue to expand product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the precise decomposition and delivery of annual and monthly targets of service centres.
- Responsible for guiding service centres to correct abnormalities in sales target achievement and effectively adjusting strategies and tactics.
- Responsible for service centre inventory, warehouse age car early warning, supervise service centre warehouse age structure optimization, provide feedback on abnormal reasons, and improvement measures.
- Responsible for the application of dealer's special approval report, implementation of product regional anomalies, and clear improvement path and programme, process control, and effect tracking.
- Responsible for the implementation of the regional differentiation policy, abnormality, and deviation improvement.
- Responsible for the analysis of regional insurance data, analysing the causes of problems, and formulating measures to improve or maintain stability.
- Responsible for the service centre's major customer project information review, reporting, according to the business policy, and notifying the service centre to carry out policy interpretation and answer questions.
- Responsible for guiding the implementation of marketing activities such as car shows, group purchases, and publicity in service centres.
- Responsible for guiding and supervising showroom material arrangement in service centres.
- Responsible for supervising the staffing, information confirmation, checking, and daily management of dealers key positions.
Qualification:
- Fluent spoken Chinese, English, and Thai preferred
- At least Greater than 3 Sales Management Experience in the Automotive Industry
- Bachelor's degree or above required
- Degree in Marketing, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, etc., preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills are required
- Strong self-study and drive, as well as a determination to achieve goals without stopping
- Ability to develop a portfolio strategy for the automotive market and corresponding products.
