AVoice is building the intelligence layer for the physical economy. While most sales intelligence tools only understand digital interactions, the majority of global revenue still comes from in-person visits reps walking sites, taking photos, recording voice notes, and sending quick messages that never make it back into the CRM.
The Role
We're looking for a founding-level Software Engineer to help build the core AVoice platform from data ingestion pipelines to AI-driven summarization, real-time field insights, and rep-facing UI. You'll work directly with the founders, shape the product, and own large pieces of the architecture.
This is not a ticket factory role. You'll be designing systems, prototyping quickly, thinking deeply about product, and shipping to production weekly.
What You'll Do
- Build the core AVoice platform across backend, AI services, and frontend experiences
- Design and implement data pipelines for photos, audio, text, and multi-modal field data
- Architect scalable systems for AI inference, visit summarization, signal detection, and trend analysis
- Work directly with founders and customers to shape product requirements
- Own features end-to-end: design implementation deploy iterate
- Help define engineering culture, processes, and technical standards
- Move fast, prioritize well, and ship meaningful features weekly
