Job Purpose:
- Develop, propose, deploy, and control category plan to align with Division strategy
- Ensure achievement of sale, profit, Inventory align with Budget and do action plan if have a gap
- Vendor Management: Negotiation, relationship etc.
- Cooperate with other divisions
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy development to deliver financial result
- Strategy development to deliver financial result including Sales and Profit to achieve BG and Create action plan by dep by month to close gap.
2. Business development
- Business development including Develop new category and review space to catch up market trend, New potential supplier/Category/ % NPD in category, and Increase PLM contribution.
3. Vendor management
- Vendor management including % Trade term improvement, Advantage (Supplier scorecard), and Support team by relation and cooperate with supplier to unlock barrier.
4. Team development
- Team development including Team coaching, Support team to achieve budget, and Guide team to shot out working process.
5. Cooperate with other division
- Cooperate with other division including Support team by relation and cooperate with other division to unlock barrier.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Economics or a related field
- Over 15 years of experience in retail and commercial management, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of Retail and FMCG business, covering profitability, budget, project, merchandise, and inventory management.
- Expertise in trade terms, vendor management, and key commercial operations.
- Proficient in management, data analysis, organizing, coordination, and decisionmaking.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data, compare insights, and predict outcomes.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, coaching, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated leadership, responsibility, positive attitude, resilience, motivation, and flexibility.
- High integrity, reliability, empathy, and solid business acumen.
