Job Description

  • Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and pay competitiveness analyses for various functions and job levels.
  • Design and maintain salary structures, job grading frameworks, and compensation policies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop compensation models, dashboards, and analytical reports to support HR and business leaders in decision-making.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide compensation insights, pay recommendations, and data-driven advice.
  • Support the annual merit, bonus, and incentive review cycles with accuracy and analytical rigor.
  • Evaluate internal equity, retention risks, and pay trends to propose proactive compensation solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR Systems and Analytics teams to improve data accuracy, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation Analysis, Reward Management, or related HR Analytics roles(not Payroll).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI, or data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (Mercer, Hay, or similar) and market benchmarking tools.
  • Experience supporting merit, incentive, or bonus programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify data insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, or large-scale organizations.
