Job Description
Join our
Compliance Assurance Team to lead risk-based reviews and strengthen compliance controls across the bank. Reporting to the Head of Compliance Assurance, you'll play a key role in evaluating control effectiveness, driving remediation, and providing insights to senior stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end compliance assurance reviews
- Assess control design & effectiveness using risk-based methodologies
- Deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations
- Provide remediation recommendations and monitor implementation through to completion
- Contribute to senior management reporting and governance
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years in compliance, audit, or risk (banking/financial services)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and control environments
- Proven ability to lead reviews and engage senior stakeholders
