Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver analytical and predictive modeling support to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Present insights to senior leaders and build datadriven business cases.
- Develop analytical toolssegmentation models, lead scoring, and performance dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for sales productivity and customer engagement across channels.
- Own analytical products, including data capture, storage, and visualization solutions.
- Enhance data infrastructure to support evolving business needs.
- Apply econometric techniques to optimize digital marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze financial, operational, and customerbehavior data to benchmark performance and uncover opportunities.
- Design and maintain BI dashboards enabling realtime visibility of sales and operational KPIs.
- Develop riskmonitoring tools, anomaly alerts, and earlywarning systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to enterprise data governance standards.
- Translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions using structured problemsolving.
- Build internal workflow tools supporting branch operations, approvals, data submissions, and reporting.
Qualification :
- Education:Degree in Data Science, CS, Stats, Economics, or related fields.
- Data Engineering:Expertise inHadoop (Spark, Hive), Cloudera, ETL, and Data Lakehouse.
- Cloud:Proficient in AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake.
- Programming:Strong SQL and Python/R/SAS; experienced in HTML, Java, JSON.
- Data Viz & AI:Skilled in Qlik Sense/Power BI (DAX) and ML/AI predictive modeling.
- Automation:Experience with Power Platform (Automate/Apps) and O365 integration.
- Soft Skills:Fluent in Thai & English; excellent presentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Mindset:Creative outside-the-box thinker focused on operational efficiency.
