Pro-actively build relationships within the IT Group especially with your counterpart in other source markets but also with Group Architecture, Group Security and Group Service support.
Utilize our on-shore and off shore suppliers and ensuring there is appropriate balance between in-house, contractor and supplier teams.
Matrix manage capability of technical roles within the existing business focused delivery framework.

Through leadership team you will ensure that the teams are productive and providing high quality output.

Qualifications:
Bachelor&aposs Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Proven 5 years&apos experience in leading and managing development teams
Deep experience and knowledge of the full software delivery life cycle
Good experience with development and delivery practices such as Agile, scrum, lean, kanban, xp, DevOps, pair programming, etc.
Experience of enterprise organizations and complex architectures.
Experience leading, managing and coaching under-performing and high-flying staff.
Deep technical experience of implementation, architecture and infrastructure.
Experience, qualifications and certifications for key programming languages, ideally Java. Additional experience with C#, JavaScript (Node, Angular), GIT hub, Maven, Docker, Jenkins would be desired.
