Roles & Responsibilities:
Livestock Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and manage livestock production plans across Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily horizons.
- Ensure optimal livestock availability aligned with farm capacity, market demand, and operational targets.
- Continuously review and adjust plans to minimize risk and maximize productivity.
Farm Production Performance Monitoring
- Monitor farm production performance against defined KPIs (productivity, mortality, growth rate, feed efficiency, etc.).
- Analyze variances and identify root causes for underperformance.
- Prepare regular performance reports, root cause analysis, and action needed.
Execution & Operational Control
- Drive, adjust, and monitor daily farm operations to ensure compliance with Budget and the Optimization Guide under current and changing conditions.
- Implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Cross -Functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with key stakeholders (Supply Chain, Farm operations, factory) to achieve plans.
- Align livestock production plans with upcoming livestock requirements and business demand.
- Support smooth execution of production cycles through proactive communication and planning.
- Coordinate with Livestock, Sourcing and suppliers on improvement plans to meet company quality and operational standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree : Supply Chain Management/Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, Animal Science
- 10-15 Years experiences for Livestock Planning & Scheduling, Farm Production Performance Monitoring, Execution & Operational Control
