ROLE PURPOSE:
Lead the company's nutritional excellence in aquaculture and Luminance, spanning from R&D formula development, raw material management, and quality control to technical consultation and support for customers and internal teams. Ensure top-tier quality, high production efficiency, and sustainable value creation for aquatic and luminance products. Possess deep expertise in aquaculture/cattle nutrition science, feed production technology, and market trends, while efficiently managing the Research Center for multi-species feed trials, including the pet food business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
R&D and Formulation Development
- Number of new feed formulations developed and implemented
- Production performance using new/improved formulas: (e.g., ADG, FCR, survival rate, reproductive rate) compared to standards or previous formulas
- Number of successfully completed R&D projects
- Cost reduction of feed formulas without compromising performance
Raw Material Management & Quality Control

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree or higher in Nutrition/Nutritional Science
- Minimum 10 years of experience in animal nutrition, with at least 5 years in team management. Experience in both domestic and international feed/pet food industries is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition science and production.
- Knowledge of animal feed manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Knowledge of experimental design and research methodologies.
- Knowledge of farm management and basic animal diseases.
- Technical Skills: Data analysis & feed formulation.
