Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Lead the negotiation of contracts, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and quality of goods and services in alignment with project requirements.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure an optimized supply chain that balances cost, quality, and reliability, supporting the company's real estate development projects.
  • Monitor and control procurement budgets to ensure expenditures align with project budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Proven experience in leading a procurement function in large-scale development projects.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
