Job Description

Job purpose :

To lead product strategy and marketing initiatives across all distribution channels, driving product innovation, market growth, and business profitability. This role ensures the successful execution of product strategies that enhance customer value and support the company's growth objectives.

Job description :

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies across all distribution channels to drive product performance, business growth, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities to enhance existing products and develop new product concepts.
  • Design and position products and packages tailored to target customer segments, leveraging customer insights and end-to-end customer journey analysis.
  • Lead product launch communication plans, including marketing materials, product documentation, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure a clear understanding of new products across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including brochures, sales tools, and product collateral, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions, enabling customers and sales teams to understand and promote products effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies, while supporting product marketing initiatives and exploring strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Develop value-added services, benefits, and customer propositions to strengthen product differentiation, enhance customer experience, and increase product competitiveness.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, or Actuarial functions, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, market trends, customer insights, and distribution channels.
  • Experience in value proposition development, and customer journey design is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Associate (ASA) or Fellow (FSA) designation from the Society of Actuaries, or equivalent actuarial qualifications, is an advantage.
