Job Description

Daily Control Tasks:
- Interpret Tax legislation and provide advice when and where necessary with communication of knowledge when and where necessary.
- Respond to queries in related to Tax legislation.
- Review appeals, refer and examine details to ensure fair and decisions have been made.
- Work towards alignment with banking legislation level;
- Apply the best practical tax situations (e.g. audit, controls, enforcement, supervision, quality assurance, penalty, interest, etc.)
- Monitor, study and utilize judgements and opinions in the field of taxation (judicial case law, legal advisor)

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional tax qualification (e.g., CPA, Tax Agent License) is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in tax.
* In-depth knowledge of Thai tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, VAT, and stamp duty.
* Proven experience in managing tax operations and providing tax advisory services.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with tax software.
* Good in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is essential.
