AVP, Trade Plan (Fresh Food)

Job Description:

• Ensure achievement of sale, promotion plan, category key campaign and related activities to align with corporate trade plan for Fresh Food all format.
• Implementing the Promotion and special monthly activity plans
• Monitoring the daily and weekly category performance and ensure all reports update and Follow up all the category action plans with all Director
• Prepare and Control Division / Department budget: Sales Target , GP Target and Profit

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sales planning, promotion management, or category management within retail or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor category performance and generate accurate reports.
• Proven ability to coordinate and follow up on action plans with crossfunctional teams and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, including sales targets, GP targets, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and execution
