AssetWise is looking for a strategic, hands-on, and results-driven leader to initiate business strategies and drive enterprise-wide transformation, business improvement, and digital transformation across our real estate development business.

This role will work closely with senior management and Business Units to understand business priorities, identify improvement opportunities, develop practical strategies, and ensure successful execution with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop business strategies aligned with the company's direction, growth plans, and performance targets

• Engage closely with Business Unit leaders to understand business challenges, priorities, and operational pain points

• Translate corporate strategies into practical initiatives, action plans, and measurable outcomes for each Business Unit

• Support Business Units in identifying and implementing business improvement opportunities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide business transformation strategies

• Identify, prioritize, and lead improvement initiatives across real estate development functions

• Review and redesign end-to-end processes to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and customer experience

• Drive digital transformation through process automation, data utilization, system enhancement, and technology adoption

• Lead cross-functional projects involving Project Development, Sales, Marketing, Construction, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Functions

• Analyze business performance, operational data, and industry trends to identify risks and growth opportunities

• Monitor initiative performance and provide recommendations to improve business results

• Present business strategies, project progress, impact, risks, and recommendations to senior management

• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption of new processes and systems

• Lead, coach, and develop transformation and business improvement teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Real Estate, or a related field

• At least 10–15 years of experience in Business Strategy, Business Transformation, Business Improvement, Process Excellence, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting

• Experience in the real estate development industry, particularly residential condominium or housing development, is required

• Proven experience in initiating business strategies and leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects

• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including project development, sales, marketing, construction, customer service, finance, and operations

• Experience in business planning, process redesign, operating model development, automation, digital solutions, and performance improvement

• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities

• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and executive presentation skills

• Pro-active, adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-changing business environment
