Job Summary
A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing Sales and Strategies of Group Insurance Direct Channel.
Job Duties
- Manage the team to achieve sales targets, handle new prospect reports and sales reports, review sales performances, and update marketing situations.
- Lead the team to ensure the standard of service meets customer requirements, coordinate with the support team, and maintain customer satisfaction according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Serve as the key point of contact between the company and its customers, introduce the company profile, propose products and services to prospects in the direct channel, answer queries, present the advantages or specific characteristics of products or services, offer advice, find total solutions for customers, and close deals.
- Work with the global network partner team (GEB Network) and provide necessary data to retain new and renewal business portfolios.
- Monitor the portfolio and define the strategy for the group insurance business under the direct channel to ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead the team to provide administration services to support client organizations in managing health and flexible benefits, and maintain and develop relationships with external service providers, including telemedicine, health, and well-being.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preparation, Training & Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor&aposs Degree in a business-related field required
- 8-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Basic knowledge of Life insurance or Group insurance business
- Good command of English & analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Strong negotiation skills and presentation techniques
- Strong command of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
