Job Summary: We're looking for a hungry, relationship-driven Sales Representative to own the SMB segment for COM7 Business's AWS Cloud practice. You'll be the go-to person helping small and medium businesses in Thailand unlock the power of AWS Cloud and AI—making tech simple, accessible, and genuinely useful for businesses that don't have a massive IT team.
This is a high-volume, fast-cycle sales role. You'll manage a large portfolio of SMB accounts, move deals quickly, and become the trusted cloud advisor that growing businesses call first.
What You'll Actually Do:
1. Pipeline Building & Prospecting
- Proactively hunt and qualify new SMB clients (companies with 10–500 employees) through outbound calls, events, partner referrals, and digital leads.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of 20+ active opportunities per quarter for the AWS COM7 Business SMB Smart Cloud Solution.
- Leverage ISV Partner ecosystem to identify cross-sell opportunities and expand deal value.
- Collaborate with AWS's SMB programs and incentives to accelerate customer acquisition.
2. Solution Selling & Closing
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand SMB pain points (cost, scalability, security, speed-to-market).
- Present tailored AWS cloud packages and AI-powered solutions in business language—no heavy tech jargon.
- Drive quick proof-of-value engagements (2–4 weeks) and convert them into production deployments.
- Bundle multi-product solutions (compute, storage, AI services, managed services) into simple, easy-to-buy packages.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close—average deal cycle: 6–10 weeks.
3. Customer Success & Growth
- Ensure smooth handoff to the delivery/SA team with clear implementation scope and timelines.
- Conduct regular check-ins post-deployment to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities as customers grow their cloud usage.
- Maintain CRM hygiene—accurate forecasting, deal notes, and activity logging.
You're a Match If...
Must-Have
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in IT, SaaS, Cloud, or Telco.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a transactional/volume sales environment.
- Ability to explain cloud and AI benefits in simple business terms to non-technical SMB owners and decision-makers.
- Strong self-discipline—you manage your own calendar, pipeline, and follow-ups without hand-holding.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Fluent in Thai; working English proficiency.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or other cloud platforms.
- Experience selling to SMB/SME segment specifically.
- AWS Certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Generative AI Sales, or Agentic AI Sales).
- Existing network of SMB contacts in Thailand.
