Job Description

  • Administer and support Azure Virtual Desktop AVD Citrix Virtual Apps Desktops and Windows Server environments
  • Manage AVD host pools FSLogix profiles image lifecycle scaling plans and monitoring
  • Perform CitrixtoAVD migration activities including assessment pilot migration and decommissioning
  • Provide L2L3 support for user application and connectivity issues
  • Support infrastructure patching upgrades monitoring and ITILbased incident and change management
  • Participate in 24x7 shift support and infrastructure modernization initiatives

  • Azure Virtual Desktop AVD
  • Microsoft Azure IaaS PaaS Azure Files
  • Citrix Virtual Apps Desktops and PVS
  • Windows Server 201620192022 and Active Directory
  • RightFax administration
  • PowerShell scripting

  • Microsoft 365 Hybrid Exchange
  • Qualys vulnerability remediation
  • Basic networking DNS TCPIP
