Job Description

Department: Commercial

Team: Corporate Business

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Brands and Agencies to position LINE as a strategic partner for business solutions
  • Lead sales initiatives within assigned verticals to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by regularly meeting with clients to present LINE's product offerings, ensuring top-of-mind awareness and solution alignment with business needs
  • Own the full sales cycle from identifying new business opportunities to negotiating and closing deals
  • Oversee internal operations related to sales execution, including finance coordination, legal documentation, campaign setup, and insertion order processing
  • Design and drive special sales programs and initiatives to support business growth and team targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute activities that enhance client engagement and maximize the value of LINE's solutions
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members within the assigned vertical, including coaching, performance management, and skill development
  • Develop and implement strategic action plans tailored to the assigned industry vertical to drive sustainable growth and market leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in consultative sales or client servicing on digital marketing solutions, digital media, and/or mobile platform solutions
  • Strong hunter mindset passionate about identifying, approaching, and closing new clients.
  • Excellent sales skills with a proactive approach to clients and a given sales target
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in building win-win relationships with clients and media agencies at all levels
  • Strong knowledge in the digital advertising landscape, online marketing, CRM and mobile trends
  • Ability or experience in managing sales pipelines, sales strategy planning, and execution
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation, strong can do attitude, full passion for sales, as well as a result-oriented and team-player mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure with a tight timeline and limited resources
  • Native proficiency in Thai and professional proficiency in English
