Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven B2B IT Sales Executive with experience in selling IT services and SaaS solutions to international clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and closing deals across global markets. The candidate must be comfortable with international calling and experienced in using modern sales trick and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Sell IT services, software development solutions, and SaaS products to international clients.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to qualify prospects.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and sales activities in HubSpot CRM.
  • Use Apollo.io and Lusha for prospect research, contact enrichment, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in B2B IT Services and SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling to international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, or similar).
  • Strong experience with international cold calling, email, chat and consultative selling.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Apollo.io
  • Lusha
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Zoominfo and Other
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in software development services, AI solutions, cloud services, or digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools.
  • Experience working with sales KPIs and CRM reporting.
