We are seeking a dynamic and creative B2B Marketing Communications Assistant Manager/ Manager to support our growth in Thailand. This is a dual-focus role: you will drive Conexus Studio's own brand and content performance while serving as a trusted partner to clients navigating workplace transformation projects. Working closely with the regional Marketing and Communications team in Singapore, you will localize and craft integrated communications that position Conexus Studio — and our clients — as leaders in the future of work.
What you'll be doing:
Brand & Content
- Write and ensure all communications reflect Conexus Studio's brand voice and values, maintaining consistency and elevating brand perception across the full buyer journey.
- Conduct in-depth research on regional market trends, audience behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Produce high-quality, compelling content (case studies, social media posts, thought leadership pieces) that showcases our expertise and resonates with business decision-makers.
Client Marketing Partnership
- Lead the development and execution of co-branded content strategies and campaigns that help clients communicate their workplace change story — internally to their people and externally to their stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to define campaign goals, messaging frameworks, and content plans that align with both their brand and project milestones.
- Produce and manage co-branded marketing assets (articles, social content, announcements, video scripts, change communications) tailored to each client's audience and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client marketing partnerships, including joint thought leadership, event participation, and media placements.
Media, Partnerships & Events
- Build and nurture relationships with local media, industry stakeholders, and partners to amplify brand visibility, secure coverage, and create co-marketing opportunities.
- Oversee the planning and participation of events, including industry conferences and networking sessions.
Regional Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between the Bangkok office and the Singapore team, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Content Marketing, or Client Marketing roles — with demonstrable experience managing external client relationships.
- Proven track record developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Strong knowledge of current trends in workplace design and the built environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are highly desirable.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
