We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales professional to drive business growth across key corporate segments. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end sales process, building strong client relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth while guiding a small sales team toward achieving business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rental, leasing, or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with service agreements and SLA-based contracts.
- Experience working in multinational or international organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across key corporate sectors, including corporate offices, real estate, healthcare (clinics), hospitality (hotels), and education (international schools).
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution development to proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Develop tailored wellness solutions by integrating water purifiers, air purifiers, and air conditioners to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying opportunities for business expansion and upselling.
- Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Execute sales strategies and provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of direct B2B sales experience with proven success in managing corporate clients.
- Candidates with primarily B2C, retail, or direct sales backgrounds will not be considered.
- Strong track record in business development, account management, and revenue generation.
- Established network within corporate sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English for business communication.
- Possess a valid driving license and able to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
