All about the role:
Shape the future of B2B Sales for Electrolux in Thailand by owning the strategy, P&L, and execution for
Project Sales & Kitchen Retail Specialists channels.
You will lead the team towards highperformance across
retail kitchen specialists, and
developer/realestate projects, and B2B opportunities. You will deepen strategic partnerships through
Joint Business Planning (JBP), and deliver marketshare, sellout and profitability aligned to Electrolux's gotomarket objectives.
You will report to the General Manager of Electrolux Thailand, and functionally to the Head of B2B Sales Asia (region).
What you'll do:
- Strategy & P&L Leadership
- Own the strategy and annual operating plan; achieve revenue, margin, manage budgets, and ROI.
- Translate Thailand category priorities into channel programs (assortment, merchandising, price architecture, promotions)
- Partner & Account Leadership (Retail & Developers)
- Lead JBP with key kitchen retail partners and top developers; negotiate multiyear agreements, project scopes, and service levels.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle: bid/tender, specification, design alignment, sample/show flat preparation, logistics, installation, commissioning, handover, and warranty.
- Manage dealers and internal service teams to drive ontime, onbudget installations with zero rework.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and winrate across developer segments, track milestones and cash collection.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Recruit, develop, and coach people; set clear KPIs and foster a highperformance culture.
- Build technical and commercial capability (product/BI, installation standards, opportunity management, negotiation, datadriven planning).
- Commercial Execution & Brand Experience
- Ensure flawless execution of promotions, merchandising standards, and brand visibility across all retail touchpoints and kitchen studios.
- Drive sellout growth programs with marketing (traffic, conversion, content and campaign calendar)
- CrossFunctional Governance
- Chair crossfunctional routines with Marketing, Sales Ops, After Sales/Service and Finance; align forecasts, supply, and service readiness.
- Enforce governance on trade investments and approvals (e.g., GTN/BTL frameworks and ROI discipline).
- Data, Forecasting & CRM
- Own forecast accuracy, pipeline, and performance reporting; drive decisions via sellout/market data.
- Identify gaps/opportunities by customer, product line and region; deploy corrective actions quickly.
- Compliance, Safety & Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure contract, legal, installation and safety compliance; uphold quality standards across all jobs.
- Drive partner/developer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and manage escalations to closure
Travel
- Regular travel nationwide to partners, developer sites, and team coaching.
Who you are:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 812+ years of sales leadership including builtin kitchen/appliances; proven success in both retail networks and projectbased sales.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence; bilingual Thai & English.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and forecasting tools.
