We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for a B2B Sales Manager to strengthen sales through structured collaboration with B2B agents and partners.
This role combines developer-side sales and partner network development.
Primary Objective of the RoleTo drive revenue growth by:
- Expanding and managing the B2B agent network
- Increasing indirect developer sales
- Ensuring high-quality deal execution and partner relationships
Role in the CompanyThe B2B Sales Manager acts as a key revenue driver between the developer and the agency market.
You will:
- Represent the project to B2B partners and direct clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from presentation to closing
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with agents
- Ensure CRM accuracy and structured reporting
- This is a frontline commercial role within the developer's internal team.
What You Will Do- Develop and manage relationships with B2B agents
- Conduct project presentations for agency partners
- Present the development project to direct clients
- Manage the full direct sales cycle: consultation unit selection deal closing
- Negotiate and sign agency agreements and client contracts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting
- Keep up-to-date product knowledge and coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure post-sale service standards in line with developer policies
What We Expect from YouMandatory:
- Proven experience working for a real estate developer
- English proficiency at C2 or native level
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience working with agency networks and in the B2B segment
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining structure and data accuracy
- High level of client orientation and long-term relationship mindset
- Background in the Thai or international real estate market

How We Roll- Fixed salary: 35,000 THB
- Commission: 1% of the deal amount
- Official employment and visa support in full compliance with the regulations governing the employment of foreign nationals in the Kingdom of Thailand
