Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a B2B Sales Specialist based in Asia, with preference in Thailand or Malaysia, with some flexibility for remote work. The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with AESIAN region clients, identifying business opportunities, managing the sales process, and continuously improving customer engagement. Additional responsibilities include handling client inquiries, providing product training, and contributing to sales strategy development.

  • achelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred and very important

Familiarity with the agriculture or fertilizer industry is a key factor.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Ability to deliver Training and share product knowledge effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in planning and executing B2B sales strategies
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
